Civil organisations march to Eskom over ongoing power cuts

Civil organisation StandUpSA has delivered a memorandum of demands to Eskom headquarters in Johannesburg. The organisation is demanding that the power utility be transparent. They've also called for Eskom's management to give a clear timeline on when rolling blackouts will end.
