‘Turmoil’ in Putin’s inner circle

United States Studies Centre CEO Simon Jackman says there is “something not right in Moscow.”

Mr Jackman said Putin could be emboldened to launch further into western Ukraine as more military aid is coming from NATO countries.

“This conflict is so diabolically dangerous,” he told Sky News Australia.

“We are really in unchartered territory.”
