James Hetfield can improvise BETTER than Kirk Hammett. Here’s a proof

Kirk Hammett improvised his solos on Hardwired album, and he is so proud of the results (often mixed, to say the least). But looks like James Hetfield can teach him a thing or two about that. He demoed the lead parts for Black Album/Load/Reload to show Kirk Hammett where to put solos. Here’s his sweet lead improv from The Unforgiven 2 demo.
