BE CAREFUL PPL. They should really make this a PSA for all banking. Bank representatives will never call you if they suspect fraudulent charges. usually you'll get notifications like texts emails maybe even paper mail. This scammer called using Chase Bank's customer service number. They used a zelle account to get us to transfer money, we unfortunately fell for it even though we had a gut feeling. The only thing that kept us on the line is the fact they used the customer service number and that asked for NO personal information whatsoever. Stay safe folks, beware of scam calls like this.
